George started his life as Regina George, which was shortened to “George” when we realized he was a rooster. He’s gorgeous – all black with a rosy red comb and wattle and feathers that have a green shine in the sun. He’s a pretty boy but he also does a great job of protecting our flock from dangers big and small (mostly small).
George left the flock in June 2025
